Camera Clock With Live Streaming
A working alarm clock with a 1080p camera built into it, streaming live to your phone from anywhere.
It records to a microSD card, sends motion alerts, and sees in the dark using infrared that does not produce a visible red glow. It is a security camera that does not look like one, which is the point. A camera on a bracket announces itself and gets avoided, unplugged or stolen. This does not.

Filming lawfully in Australia
Filming inside a property you own or occupy is generally lawful, but there are firm limits and they matter.
You cannot film anywhere a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. Bathrooms, toilets and bedrooms other than your own, in any circumstance. Doing so is a criminal offence in every state and territory.
You cannot install a camera in a property you have let to a tenant. Once a tenancy starts, that is their home.
If you film in a workplace, staff must be notified. In New South Wales that is a written notice requirement under the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005, along with signage at the entrance.
Audio is treated more strictly than video. A camera recording conversations may engage listening device law even where the video itself is lawful. If in doubt, run it without audio.
