Who this is for
Business owners issuing company phones to staff. Australian workplace law generally allows monitoring of a company owned device where employees have been told in writing, usually through an electronic monitoring policy. We can point you to what that policy needs to cover.

What it is not for
It is not for monitoring another adult’s phone without their knowledge. In New South Wales that falls under the Surveillance Devices Act 2007 and the federal Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979, and the penalties are serious. Anything obtained that way is also very unlikely to be usable if the matter ever reaches a court or a family law proceeding, which defeats the purpose.
If you suspect a partner is being dishonest, this is the wrong tool, and we would rather tell you that up front than sell you something that lands you in trouble. Installation
The software is installed on the handset directly, so you need the device in your hand and the passcode. We can walk you through it over the phone, or set it up in our office for you. Installation takes about fifteen minutes on most handsets. We supply for both Android and iOS, with different capability on each, and we will tell you which suits your device before you buy.
Buying through a licensed investigator
There is a lot of monitoring software sold online by operators with no address and no licence. Some of it is malware. Some of it quietly resells the data it collects. We only supply products we use in our own casework, we are a licensed New South Wales investigation firm, and you can call and speak to a person.
Lawful use
This product is supplied strictly for use on devices you own or lawfully administer, and where the user of the device has been informed as the law requires. We do not supply it for covert monitoring of another adult. Buyers are responsible for compliance with surveillance and privacy legislation in their state.
